The only downside of a Seashocker is that it's very expensive (1000 gems in the store), so those who are just starting can't really get one easily. From experience, a Seashocker can easily overpower any dragons in the game so far during battle events. Not only that, Seashockers have 250 crit. Best dragon for battle here is straight up the Seashocker, because you can stay in the healing camps and shoot.
